Annie Healy is Head of Delivery.
Annie brings insights from 20 years of consulting in organisational psychology and development, performance and leadership across private and public sectors. This enables her to strategically partner with organisations to assist them through growth, change, talent sourcing and management.
Merging her background in organisational consulting and coaching, Annie brings expertise in identifying organisational needs and ensuring skill and culture alignment enabling organisation to deliver on business objectives. Empathetic active listening and strong commercial acumen enable her to build relationships and create positive change.
As both an Executive and Organisational Development Coach, Annie designs and facilitates coaching programs in both 1:1 and group workshop settings. Some key focus areas of coaching programs have included: leadership development, strategic planning, high performing teams and performance review, managing change and ambiguity, giving and receiving feedback and difficult conversations, emotional Intelligence, and managing conflict.
Annie is passionate about creating change, greater self-awareness, learning, clarity and confidence, which achieve better outcomes for clients, individuals, teams and organisations.
Annie develops and delivers organisational development and career management services to meet specific client and company needs encompassing the full life-cycle of organisational restructure from planning, communication, line manager training, through to the ongoing support of exiting employees.
Annie holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences, Honours in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling, and is accredited in the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
