As Partner within SHK’s executive search practice, Chris specialises in delivering executive-level mandates encompassing C-level leaders, divisional and operational heads, General Manager, Country Manager, and strategic commercial leadership roles.
Chris offers over 25 years’ executive search experience. Working across a wide variety of industry sectors, he has partnered with major ASX-listed corporations, private and public companies, and not-for-profit organisations. He has also assisted many founder-led organisations with the appointment of CEOs, General Managers and senior commercial and operational leaders in succession planning and future proofing their business strategy.
Chris’ career commenced in leadership roles within the FMCG sector, leading to International stints in executive search working in Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. These global searches were completed with a focus on technically, commercially, and culturally complex environments and in many cases establishing greenfield operations, setting up the company for success in a new country. Chris also takes a personal interest in the areas of safety, supply chain, and renewable energy, undertaking select senior executive appointments in these areas.
