Jacinta Maguire is a Partner at SHK specialising in Finance and Accounting.

Prior to joining SHK, Jacinta held a senior leadership role in a large ASX listed corporation with multinational operations. Jacinta brings 25 years of hands-on finance experience in broad, strategically focussed roles across a variety of sectors to her executive search practice. This experience enables Jacinta to assist her clients to identify, attract and develop high performing finance professionals.

At the core of her approach, Jacinta believes in the value of honest and candid conversations, which facilitate her clients and candidates to make informed, sustainable decisions. A curious, critical thinker, Jacinta builds strong relationships with her clients by ensuring that she has a deep understanding of their business strategy and objectives. She thrives on providing bespoke, flexible solutions.

Jacinta enjoys mentoring and providing career guidance to candidates to assist them to develop and progress their career. She cultivates trust and takes a genuine interest in helping them to evaluate their options. Throughout her career, Jacinta has fostered extensive professional networks in the corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Jacinta has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Hotel Management) and is CPA qualified. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
