Prior to career coaching, Jayne spent over 30 years as a grounded and trusted People and Culture Executive in a range of industries including Resources, Major Events, Education, Humanitarian and Telecommunications sectors. She is experienced in cultural change programs and driving the alignment between strategy and the People and Culture plan. Jayne has demonstrated expertise in talent management and development, succession planning, compensation and employee relations.
Jayne is passionate about assisting organisations and people through change. She seeks to empower individuals to design their best lives at all stages of their career and life journey.
Jayne holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology and Human Resources) from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching Psychology Practice from The Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology at the University of Sydney and is accredited in various assessment tools.
