Karen is a personable and dedicated career management professional with 25 years’ experience in career management, talent management and recruitment.
As a coach and trainer, she specialises in assisting individuals through periods of organisational and personal change, providing comprehensive career coaching to address individual needs.
Karen has delivered a large amount of career coaching and training programs for employees up to senior management level within private, government and non-for-profit organisations. She has also successfully provided on-site support (job centers) and outsourced redeployment services for large corporations.
Her approach brings together education, counselling and coaching and provides a supportive environment for individuals to focus on their career and life goals. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Macquarie University and a Workplace Assessment and Training Statement of Competence. She has completed formal training in executive, career and life coaching.
She is also accredited in a range of career assessments, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and SHL’s occupational assessments.
