Her career spans pivotal roles in management consultancy, workforce solutions, account management and human resources, where she consistently delivers impactful results by fostering innovation, facilitating change, and building high-performing teams.
Louise has held senior leadership positions across some of the world’s largest workforce solutions and people consulting companies. Her experience spans across Australia, Asia, Middle East, United Kingdom, Europe, and North America. Louise’s passion and skills lie in strategic organisational partnerships and workforce transformation & strategy. She works with organisations to achieve their key goals through aligning their workforce to their people strategies to gain efficiencies and increase revenue through talent engagement. Louise has built complex innovative solutions from the ground up for organisations to have tangible outcomes aligned to their business success model.
Louise has led the design, execution, and oversight of some of the country’s largest restructuring, downsizing and site closure projects through transition/engagement centres, career fairs, supporting leaders and teams through change, alignment and identifying of future workforce requirements, employment engagement surveys, career transition and outplacement, leadership development programs and supporting organisations through to future state post change.
Louise has studied Nutrition at the Australian College of Natural Medicine as well as Post Graduate studies in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Recruitment, and Industrial Relations at Monash University, Diploma in Frontline Management at the Australian Institute of Management and Agile Project Management Certificate.
