Louise leverages insight from her 10 years of experience coaching clients alongside personal career transition experience to apply great empathy and understanding to the people she coaches. She is dedicated to building trust to assist people to embrace change with an open mind and good humour, and to ensuring that each individual is armed with the specific support they need to achieve their career goals.
During a 15-year corporate career as a Programs Manager, Business Analyst, and Consultant, Louise worked across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the USA in multiple sectors, including telecommunications, education and government. Her various roles involved driving customer experience improvement, designing strategic initiatives and developing people and performance.
Louise holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Education and Development, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and an Undergraduate Degree in Social Policy and Administration. She is accredited in a range of career assessments, is a Mental Health First Aider and is an active professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
