Marcel is a Partner in SHK’s Outplacement & Career Management team following a 25-year career as a senior talent development executive. Throughout his career, Marcel has been actively involved in career coaching, leadership development, board and director effectiveness, executive coaching, and strategy development. He is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to make better decisions and reach their potential, while also creating an engaging and sustainable organisational culture. Marcel believes in the value and impact of authentic and candid conversations.
Prior to joining SHK, Marcel was the General Manager of Education for a globally recognised governance education provider. Before this, Marcel was the Director of Learning ANZ for a large global consulting firm and has held similar roles with a prominent Commonwealth science and research agency, and a top-tier Australian law firm.
Marcel is a certified executive coach and is accredited in several leadership and career development tools. He holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education. He is also a member and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
