Peter brings over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of human resources management as a Senior HR Executive. He has worked across a range of industry sectors including retail, FMCG, banking, telecommunications and financial services. His career has spanned the full employee lifecycle with deep expertise in organisational change, executive recruitment, talent management, employee engagement and executive coaching. Peter has led large teams delivering human resources services both in Australia & SE Asia.
In his role as Senior Career Consultant, Peter draws on his own broad-based people & culture experience to coach and support executives as they navigate change. Peter has supported many displaced employees throughout his career and believes this to be a key strength.
Having worked for a period of his career as an executive recruiter, Peter is able to work closely with executive search teams to align skills and experience of candidates with open roles. Peter places a real emphasis on the participant experience to ensure they are encouraged and supported as they undertake their job search.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Politics and has been an active member of AHRI for some 35 years.
