About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation and its associated trust companies, ensuring the company's financial health and stability. The role is integral to the continued success and growth of the organisation and is a key member of the executive leadership team. Leading the Finance and Information Technology teams, the role oversees financial reporting, funding, budgeting, forecasting, risk, compliance and IT requirements, and provides strategic recommendations to the executive team to drive business performance and achieve long-term financial goals.
About you
CA/CPA qualified, you are an experienced senior finance leader ideally within the disability, health or community care sector. You are commercially agile with a can-do attitude to support the achievement of organisational goals. Adaptive and collaborative, your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to drive financial strategies and ensure sustainable growth. A values-based leader, you build trust and inspire high performing, engaged teams, ensuring strong risk and governance practices are complimented by commercial acumen. You have a proven ability to think and plan strategically and a strong desire to ensure clients receive exceptional service standards. Importantly, you have a positive attitude, high integrity and a consultative style engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive continuous improvement and growth in a values led, high performing organisation.
