About the role
Reporting to the Vice-President, the Executive Director, Marketing will lead a team responsible for enabling the organisation’s important agenda, stakeholder connections and reputation. The role brings brand, content strategy, channel execution, marketing infrastructure and transformation together to deliver a cohesive and impactful global brand strategy and positioning. Implemented through marketing and campaign strategy, targeted content design and deep audience channel engagement, the position will also have accountability for the underpinning marketing technology, infrastructure, automation and insights.

An exemplary marketing leader, you are strategically and operationally accomplished with the ability to establish trusted and highly effective relationships in large, complex settings. Influential and collegiate, you possess high emotional intelligence and are skilled in inspiring and driving performance and fostering a sense of common purpose. Underpinning your approach are your intellectual capacity and creative growth mindset, stamina and agility to manage multiple priorities. Your experience may span higher education or other product or service sectors, marketing consulting or advertising. Importantly, you are inspired to join with others in making positive change.
