About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and working closely with the executive team and the Board, the Executive Director, People and Culture is responsible for building out and delivering the people strategy in alignment with the corporate vision. This includes enhancing the employee experience across the employment lifecycle and ensuring operational excellence in service delivery by the human resources team. In this highly visible position, the appointee will act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and other executives, providing leadership to ensure that the organisational and workforce capacity, capability and culture are in place to enable the organisation to deliver for its clients. Critical to success in this role will be strategic and tactical thinking to support business improvement, including building culture and engagement with targeted initiatives across career and succession planning, leadership, diversity, well-being, people services, employee relations, performance and reward. Pivotal to the role will be partnering with leaders to deliver tangible outcomes that drive engagement, agility and performance.
