With a portfolio of various technologies that it is actively incubating, productising and commercialising for the global water sector, Iota sources technology from South East Water as well as universities to translate impactful IP and help the global water industry adapt to climate change. About the role
The Finance & Corporate Services Director is a visionary leader who will develop and execute the financial strategy, drive financial performance, lead corporate and shared services and provide commercial insights to support investment decisions and long-term portfolio growth. The role is a key leadership position, and in collaboration with the Executive Team is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy of the organisation, its corporate service requirements and how Iota builds and releases value from its portfolio of solutions. Leading a small team, the incumbent is responsible for the financial actions of the company, including tracking cash flow, performance reporting, risk management and compliance with regulations including external audit.
About you
CA/CPA qualified, you have extensive experience in a senior finance role within a fast paced, high growth environment. Your strong commercial agility and strategic approach enable you to drive successful outcomes and sustainable development. A visionary leader, you identify business opportunities to shape and execute the strategy ensuring effective capital allocation while prudently managing risk. You are a creative thinker providing high-quality reporting and insights and collaborate effectively to implement best practice process and controls. A trusted advisor, you can articulate complex information to a range of internal and external stakeholders with courage and integrity. You are humble and hands on and enthusiastic to join a high performing, high engagement team with solid purpose and a mission to create global impact.
