Under the direction of a new CFO and group finance strategy, they are pursuing a transformative vision to elevate collaboration and deliver high-impact financial insights across the enterprise.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, the General Manager, Business Performance, will implement Jemena’s new finance strategy by leading a transformation of the business partnering function. This role will foster a unified view of financial performance across the organisation, moving beyond unit-level metrics to an integrated, enterprise-wide approach that improves reporting, decision-making, and alignment across teams. Partnering closely with three Executive General Managers, you will drive financial performance, the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, strengthening collaboration and generating high-value insights. With the support of Commercial Finance Managers in Networks, Energy Markets, and Products & Services, you will oversee a team of 50 indirect reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
