About the role
Reporting to the Group Executive Member, the Head of Brand, Marketing & Digital (BMD) leads operational management of brand, marketing and digital platforms functions, ensuring alignment with member-first values, and achieving key targets. Working in an agile environment, the appointee will develop and govern BMD frameworks, processes and tooling; share best practice; and oversee projects across acquisition, growth and retirement value streams. A brand champion, the role will lead the brand strategy and collaborate with value streams to set marketing strategy and oversee marketing capability, lead “all-member” communications, and collaborate fund-wide and with value streams to develop a digital platform strategy and road map, providing expertise on digital channels. The Head of BMD will also define go-to-market excellence, including audience management, campaign delivery, measurement and effectiveness.
About you
You are an accomplished leader of brand, marketing and digital teams with experience in Agile ways of working environments for organisations in banking, insurance, superannuation, energy, telecommunications and other relevant sectors. You have proven expertise in brand strategy, a deep understanding of digital, the ability to balance technology, communication and member experience, and a detailed knowledge of web development and customer-centric design processes. Your track record in developing and executing BMD strategies that enhance retention, customer satisfaction, and business performance, are underpinned by your exceptional leadership skills, high conceptual, analytical and strategic aptitude, and strong ability to collaborate effectively in matrix Agile environments.
