About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, People, Culture and Diversity (PCD), the Head of People Operations will lead the human resources and talent acquisition teams to enable high-quality and strategic business partnering. Coaching and empowering these teams to deliver exemplary people management, employee relations, and generalist HR advice, talent acquisition and on-boarding to key stakeholders, the appointee will also oversee continuous improvement to initiatives aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and workforce legislation. Close collaboration with the broader PCD team will ensure service alignment and the successful implementation of PCD programs, supporting a high-performance culture and engaged workforce.
About you
You are an effective, proactive and highly regarded human resources leader with deep expertise across the full scope of people challenges in service-based, highly regulated environments. With extensive knowledge of relevant employment legislation, you are known to be a value-adding business partner with outstanding judgement and a balanced perspective on complex people issues. Experienced in shaping highly respected service that meets the emerging needs of the business, your track record includes driving the ongoing and value-adding development of human resources systems, processes and practices. Leverage your proactive and positive leadership style, and desire to make a significant impact in a dynamic organisation, in delivering customer-focused human resources operations team in this leading community services provider.
