About the Role
The Supply Chain Process & Project Manager is a newly created strategic role responsible for optimising operational processes, and leading supply chain and operational projects from inception to completion. This role will ensure local business processes align with international best practices while supporting strategic development to enhance efficiency and drive sustained, long-term growth. Initially, the successful candidate will lead supply chain and operational projects from inception to completion with a focus on elevating demand and supply planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management and enhancing the distribution network. This includes playing a pivotal role in removing capacity constraints while maintaining a customer-centric approach in an environment of significant growth. In the medium to longer term, this role will be involved in initiatives across the entire Australian and New Zealand businesses with scope for involvement in international projects.
About You
Tertiary qualified in commerce, engineering or a related field, you are a collaborative, values-driven supply chain and logistics leader with a proven track record in the FMCG, automotive or related industry sectors known for best-in-class supply chain practices. Your end-to-end supply chain expertise enables you to drive system and process improvements across planning and distribution, adeptly influencing change and transformation within an established, high-performing team. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you excel at leading multiple projects simultaneously while leveraging exceptional communication skills to motivate, engage, and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams.
