About the role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager WA will drive sales growth of the organisation’s complete range of products. This includes an award-winning portfolio of injectables and recently launched industry leading MedTech devices fuelling confidence in healthcare professionals. The appointee will identify customer needs, propose aligned solutions and deliver first class customer care to maximise sales opportunities and reflect the company’s values. 

About you

You are a highly credible, well-respected and experienced business development specialist within hospital based medical aesthetics, MedTech or the pharmaceutical sector. Your demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth, and ability to influence and provide trusted counsel to key stakeholders, are complimented by your commercial acumen, accountability, strong ethics, integrity, driven approach and passion for accelerating businesses. A collaborative, engaging and consultative style, and strong planning and territory management skills, will see you succeed in this dynamic fast-paced market leader.
