About the role
Reporting to the Associate Vice President ANZ, the Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy across the Australian region, ensuring achievement of sales targets, managing and developing the well-established sales team and fostering long-term relationships with key customers. As a key member of the leadership team, the Sales Director will collaborate cross-functionally to promote the innovating product portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth in a dynamic and competitive market.
About you
As a highly credible, well-respected and experienced Sales Director, you will have successfully led and developed high-performing sales teams within the medical aesthetics sector. Your demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth, and ability to influence and provide trusted counsel to executive stakeholders, are complemented by your resilience, high EQ, commercial acumen, passion for data and critical thinking agility.
